SHIPPING DETAILS:
Please allow  1-3 business days to process and ship your order (this excludes: weekends, holidays, and sale days- for these occasions require additional processing time). Most orders are shipped standard USPS. 
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy:

Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date. Items will not be able to be returned if the item has been worn, washed or the tag has been removed. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued and no exceptions will be made. To request a return, please Contact Us or call us at (470) 863-5281.

RETURNS DETAILS:

Items purchased online may be returned in store or returned by mail to the return address listed below.  
Exchanges will only be accepted if item is in stock. Customers will receive online credit and may place another order for a new item.
If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, contact us within 7 days of the package's original delivery.
If an order needs to be canceled for any reason and order has not shipped, you will receive full return.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.
Please package and ship the items to the return address below. Contact us once your package has been shipped.

Expect the return process to take 5-10 business days after it has been delivered to our store. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is received and processed. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
After the return is accepted you will be notified of the status of your purchase. 
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Indigo & Oak. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
